The registrar is responsible for the registration of your company. During the entire registration process he is contact person for the Volkswagen Group.
After a successful check of your company and registrar data, the registrar will receive Profile ID and password in two separate emails. Now, he can complete the registration.
The Supplier Integration Team checks, if your company and registrar data are corresponding to the Dun & Bradstreet data.

The B2B supplier platform "VWGroupSupply.com" enables you, the supplier, to communicate quickly and efficiently with Volkswagen AG and the various companies comprising the Volkswagen Group and to establish business relationships with them.
In addition to facilitating – both for you and for the Volkswagen Group companies with which you do business – the handling of a variety of administrative tasks related to the business relationship, the supplier platform provides information and permits you, as supplier, and the respective Volkswagen Group company to exchange legally binding declarations and to enter into contracts.
In order to establish a firm basis for cooperation of this sort between you and the respective Volkswagen Group company, Volkswagen AG, the operator of the B2B platform, has defined terms of conditions that govern its use by you and by Volkswagen Group companies.

The Supplier Database is the business card of your company for the Volkswagen Group.
Here you have to fill in further information, for instance, contact person, the business areas as well as an ability range of your company.
During the first registration process you are guided through the system via an assistant.
To complete the registration you have to nominate a Company Administrator.
You can nominate the registrar as your Company Administrator or you can pass on this role to another person of your company.
Subsequent to the registration, you can always add other Company Administrators or you can pass on tasks to another person of your company.
Functions of the Company Administrators (behold break 8 of the B2B User Agreement)
As a user of the B2B Supplier Platform, the nominated Company Administrator is contact person of your company for the Volkswagen Group, especially if there is a matter of existing or of new applications at the B2B Supplier Platform.
The function of the Company Administrator is to legitimize your employees the use of applications at the B2B Supplier Platform and to pass on "roles".
